Sandy Spring Builders is one of the local builders teaming up with Rebuilding Together Montgomery County (RTMC) this year for the playhouse project. These playhouses are extravagant, detailed, and sure to inspire your little ones! (And if you’re a Harry Potter fan you’ll love our design this year.)

Starting May 28, these amazing playhouses will be proudly displayed at Wisconsin Place, at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Western Avenue N.W.. You can see the craftsmanship first-hand by visiting the plaza during the month of June. More event details can be found below or on the RTMC website.

Whole Foods 5% Day: May 25th

5percentWhole Foods is sponsoring a 5% day on Wednesday, May 25th to support Rebuilding Hope: The RTMC Playhouse Project. Whole Foods will donate 5% of all sales at all five Montgomery County locations (Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kentlands, Rockville, and Silver Spring) to RTMC to purchase sustainable playhouses being built Pepco Holdings and Sustainable Design Group. One of the playhouses will be donated to CentroNia, a local education nonprofit, to support their early childhood programs in Takoma Park. The other will be donated to Wheaton Woods Elementary and incorporated into the school’s STEM program. Remember to Shop at Whole Foods on May 25th

Playhouse Delivery: May 28th

Playhouse Reception & Live Auction: June 18th

Purchase your tickets today for the playhouse reception and live auction on June 18, 2016. From 7:00-9:00 PM, you’ll enjoy fabulous food and drink while bidders vie for seven playhouses. All funds raised at this fantastic event will support Rebuilding Together Montgomery County and their mission to provide safe and healthy home repairs for low income homeowners across Montgomery County.
