Our expertise and knowledge allow us to work as professional consultants to guide you through the process of home-building. From helping you find a lot in the perfect neighborhood; introducing you to the architects so you can choose the right one for you to work with; making sure you understand the budget and building process so you can make educated decisions; and all of the steps of construction from permitting through move-in. We have practical experience in “green” building techniques to help you evaluate what the right choices are for you and your home. Our “Professional Services Agreement” allows you to take advantage of our know-how and expertise during the pre-construction process. And if you hire us to build your new home, then that fee is credited back to you… and at a minimum, we will have given you a fantastic education in the home-building process!

Custom Building & Remodeling

As the photos on our web-site show, we have won many awards both locally and nationally for our new custom homes and also for our renovation projects. We bring the same level of professionalism, quality, and the experience of our team to every one of our projects, no matter what the size or budget.

Property Acquisition

Many of our new homes and renovations are located in some of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area. One of the reasons is that we are constantly working with realtors and property owners to acquire properties that we consider excellent values in premier locations. If you do not have a lot already, we can help you find one in the neighborhood you prefer. Ask about lots we may have for sale!

Green building is more than a fad, and our specifications have always kept energy-efficiency in mind. There are many shades of green when it comes to building a home, and we pride ourselves on helping our clients understand the difference. From energy-efficiency to sustainable products use, let us help you make the world a little greener. We are certified in the "NAHB National Green Building Program" and meet "EnergyStar" requirements.
