If you have a spare room in your home that you’re just not sure what to do with, consider a home gym. With winter right around the corner, it’s often harder for people to leave their home in the cold and dark to go to the gym. And even if you don’t cancel your gym membership, you will probably find extra time for workouts if you have a gym in the comfort of your home. Some people dedicate entire rooms to their passion for exercise, with special floors and wall-to-wall mirrors. Others go for a more moderate approach and throw some basic equipment into a carpeted room that was either dedicated as a home gym or was no longer needed in its prior function. So think about that home gym and you’ll have no excuses for skipping a workout… or maybe you’d rather forget about the gym and keep those excuses!
